- The more entries you hold, the greater your chance of being selected.
- Once the draw closes, one winning entrant will be selected by live electronic draw.
- The winner will nominate one playing partner and together they will represent South Africa at the International Pairs World Final in Europe.
- Note both players will need to have an official HNA registered handicap to compete at the World Final.

International Pairs 2026 World Final Details
The International Pairs World Final is the flagship event of the International Pairs calendar, bringing together amateur golfers from more than 30 countries to compete on a global stage.
The 2026 World Final is scheduled to take place in Europe, with a preliminary event window set for the last week of September through the first week of October 2026. Final venue confirmation, travel schedules, and tee times will be communicated once the international programme is finalised.
The winning South African pair will represent the country under official International Pairs tournament conditions and participate in the full World Final experience.

Competition Terms & Conditions
INTERNATIONAL PAIRS SOUTH AFRICA (PTY) LTD
WORLD FINAL EUROPE EXPERIENCE
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER
1.1 This promotional competition is conducted by International Pairs South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
1.2 This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.
2. COMPETITION PERIOD
2.1 The competition opens on 2 March 2026.
2.2 The Early Bird Period closes at 23:59 on 30 April 2026.
2.3 Standard entry allocation applies from 00:00 on 1 May 2026.
2.4 The competition closes at 23:59 on 29 June 2026, unless sold out earlier.
2.5 The draw will take place on 1 July 2026, subject to the minimum revenue threshold being met.
3. MINIMUM REVENUE THRESHOLD & CANCELLATION
3.1 The competition is conditional upon a minimum total entry revenue threshold, as determined by the Promoter, being achieved by the competition closing date.
3.2 If the minimum revenue threshold is not met by 23:59 on 29 June 2026, the draw will not take place.
3.3 In such event:
- The promotional competition will be cancelled
- No winner will be selected
- All valid entries will be voided
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition period in order to meet the minimum revenue threshold.
4. REFUNDS (IF MINIMUM THRESHOLD IS NOT MET)
4.1 If the competition is cancelled due to the minimum revenue threshold not being achieved, all participants will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
4.2 Refunds will be:
- Processed to the original payment method used at the time of entry
- Issued within twenty-one (21) business days from the date of cancellation
- Issued with administrative or processing fees deducted
4.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for any bank processing delays outside of its control.
4.4 The refund shall constitute full and final settlement, and no further claims, compensation, interest, or damages may be pursued.
5. ELIGIBILITY
5.1 The competition is open to South African residents aged 16 years or older.
5.2 Entrants under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter and to travel if selected as the winner.
5.3 Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
5.4 All participants must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid South African passport with at least six (6) months validity at the time of travel.
5.5 Winners participating in the World Final must have an official handicap registered on HNA.
6. ENTRY MECHANISM
6.1 Entries are obtained by purchasing entries via the official competition website.
6.2 Entry allocation depends on the date of purchase, as outlined below.
6.3 All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined in Clause 4.
6.4 Entries are unlimited unless otherwise stated.

7.2 STANDARD ENTRY ALLOCATION

7.3 Entries allocated during the Early Bird Period remain valid and will not be reduced.
7.4 Entry pricing remains unchanged; only the number of entries allocated per tier changes after the Early Bird Period.
8. SUPPORTERS KIT (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)
8.1 The Supporters Kit includes an official International Pairs golf shirt and cap.
8.2 The Supporters Kit is optional and is not required to enter the competition.
8.3 Purchase of the Supporters Kit does not increase the number of entries unless expressly stated.
8.4 Kit sizes and availability are subject to stock availability.
9. PRIZE DETAILS
9.1 One (1) winner will receive:
- Two (2) player spots in the International Pairs World Final in Europe
- Return economy-class flights for two (2) players from a major South African airport
- Four (4) nights’ accommodation at a 4–5 star hotel (shared basis)
- One (1) official practice round
- Two (2) official tournament rounds
- Access to official evening functions and event activities
- Meals included during official event days (excluding one off-site evening)
9.2 The winner may nominate one (1) playing partner, provided the nominated partner meets eligibility requirements.
9.3 The prize is valued at approximately R150,000, but actual value may vary.
10. PRIZE EXCLUSIONS
The prize does not include:
- Visa costs
- Travel insurance
- Spending money
- Personal expenses
- Flight or accommodation upgrades
- Golf kits or clothing
- Any costs not expressly stated in Clause 9
11. WINNER SELECTION
11.1 The winner will be selected by random electronic draw.
11.2 The draw will be a live electronic draw on the official International Pairs SA Facebook page
11.3 The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw.
11.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
12. TRAVEL CONDITIONS
12.1 Travel dates are fixed and aligned with the International Pairs World Final schedule.
12.2 Failure to travel on the specified dates will result in forfeiture of the prize.
12.3 The Promoter is not responsible for visa refusals, airline delays, or immigration decisions.
13. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
13.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
13.2 The prize may not be sold, auctioned, or assigned to any third party.
14. CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
14.1 If the World Final is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to:
- Postpone the prize, or
- Substitute the prize with a comparable experience of similar value
14.2 No cash alternative will be offered.
15. PUBLICITY
15.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the competition.
15.2 No additional compensation will be payable for such publicity.
16. DATA PROTECTION
16.1 Personal information will be used solely for competition administration.
16.2 Data will be processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
17.1 Participation and travel are at the entrant’s own risk.
17.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for airline delays, lost baggage, injury, illness, or third-party service failures.
18. GENERAL
18.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where required.
18.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
18.3 By entering, entrants confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
18.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
