International Pairs South Africa is the premier amateur golf event that unites golfers from across the nation in pursuit of excellence, competition, and community. Founded with a vision to elevate amateur golf, this event has grown into one of the most significant and anticipated tournaments in South Africa. 

2026 Tournament Dynamics:

• For the 2026 season, International Pairs South Africa will not host a national qualifying tournament calendar. Instead, one South African pair will be selected to represent the country at the International Pairs World Final in Europe via the Official South Africa World Final Draw.
• This draw-based format offers amateur golfers a unique opportunity to access the international stage without progressing through multiple qualifying rounds. Entrants select their preferred entry package, with each entry providing an allocated number of chances in the official draw. The winner is selected by random electronic draw and will nominate a playing partner to compete alongside them at the World Final.

• The draw is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older, with entrants required to hold a valid passport and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the official Terms & Conditions. No official handicap is required to enter the draw; however, all participants competing at the World Final must meet the event’s participation requirements.

  The selected pair will compete in the official practice round and tournament rounds at the International Pairs World Final, playing in a two-person better-ball format alongside pairs from more than 30 countries worldwide.
