Now in it’s 10th season, the International Pairs South Africa welcomes Standard Bank Private as the headline sponsor. Dating back to 1998 in England, the genesis of International Pairs traces to a regional inter-club “pairs” competition in Hampshire, commemorating the Millennium. Over a quarter-century, it’s evolved into a grand international event. Its success lies in the simplicity of its concept—spotlighting pairs of everyday club golfers to represent their nations at the Annual International Pairs World Final.

how to partake

All golfers with an official handicap can enter at their home club. For just a once-off R100 entry fee per player, payable to the club, each participant receives a box of balls and the chance to advance to the regional stage. The road to becoming the 2025 South African Champions is paved with opportunities, as each club can have up to 4 qualifiers, increasing your chances of heading to the International Pairs World Final, all expenses covered! Don’t miss out on the chance to be the next South African and World champions.
